Refund policy

All Sales Final
All purchases made at Alamo Craft Company are final. We have a no-refund and no-exchange policy. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Receipt Corrections (At Time of Purchase Only)
If you believe an item was scanned incorrectly or you were charged incorrectly, please notify a staff member immediately at checkout so we can correct the transaction at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect items before leaving the store. If you believe an item is defective, notify a staff member before you leave so we can review the issue. If an issue is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are not provided.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
All sale/clearance items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
